About 10 years ago, the clinic was relocated to 199 Avenue Road, under the direction of Dr. Thomas Bell. In 2012, the University of Toronto – Women’s College Hospital Education Program in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery was moved to Women’s College Hospital to continue to provide the highest caliber plastic surgery resident training in aesthetic plastic surgery and standards in ambulatory surgery patient care.
